Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero will feature over 160 playable characters from the iconic Dragon Ball franchise. The playable roster in this upcoming game is not just limited to new and returning characters but also obscure ones from the entirety of the franchise.

Also, stylized as Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero, the game is developed by Spike Chunsoft and published by Bandai Namco and is the latest addition to the Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi series.

Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Roster is incredibly vast and features several fan favourite characters, this also includes different variants of the same characters such as Android 18, Android 18 (future), Master Roshi and Max power Master Roshi. More Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero characters will be revealed in coming months, the latest additions to the roster are from DBS, but we also got some characters and their transformations from the earlier sagas of Dragon Ball Z. All which will be playable with their own unique skills and abilities in the upcoming game.

When is Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Coming Out?

Unfortunately, Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero release date is yet to be officially confirmed but it is speculated to come out early 2025. However, we could get more information on the game’s release date very soon this year. The game was first announced in December, 2023 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).

Ever since the announcement, Bandai Namco has regularly released teasers for the game but never provided confirmation on its release date. Here’s the recently released Master vs. Apprentice trailer for Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero.
