Genshin Impact 4.3 update is just a few days away and Hoyoverse has already provider players with sneak peek of the upcoming content. The patch titled “Roses and Muskets” will include new characters, brand new weapons, rerun of a long awaited Archon and more. Here is an overview of weapons in the first phase of the upcoming update.
Genshin Impact 4.3 Phase 1 Banner will feature a new 5-star Claymore called Verdict which is a signature weapon of Navia, an upcoming Geo character. The second weapon in the banner is a returning 5-star sword, Mistsplitter Reforged. Lastly, the new weapon is a free 4-star Claymore called Ultimate Overlord’s Mega Magic Sword, which will be obtainable from the version 4.3’s “Roses and Muskets” event.
Verdict Claymore Stats & Skills
Verdict is Navia’s best-in-slot weapon with Crit Rate as its secondary stat and ATK% as passive. Like other signature weapons in the game, Verdict inherently synergizes with Navia’s kit but you can use this weapon with other DPS claymore users, especially if you are running at least one Geo unit in the team.

Ultimate Overlord’s Mega Magic Sword Stats & Skills
Ultimate Overlord’s Mega Magic Sword is a free 4 star Claymore that players will be able to get after completing Genshin Impact 4.3 version’s flagship event. Travelers will also get additional copies of the weapon till Refinement Rank 5 from the event’s in-game shop. This is an energy recharge weapon with max ATK of 565.

Mistsplitter Reforged Stats & Skills
Mistsplitter Reforged is a returning 5-star sword, signature weapon of Ayaka. This limited weapon was first introduced in 2.0 and still remains one of the best sword in the game. Mistsplitter Reforged works with almost any sword dps character due to its Crit DMG stat and high base ATK. However, to fully utilize the weapon’s passive skill, you need infusion to deal elemental damage and also manage energy levels. Alhaitham, Keqing, Ayato, Kaeya, C6 Bennet, C6 Kazuha have kits that synergize well with Mistsplitter.

Genshin Impact 4.3 Weapon Banner Release Date
Genshin Impact 4.3 will release on December 20, 2023 after the usual server maintenance. The Phase 1 Banners will feature Navia and Kamisato Ayaka alongside their signature weapons. The Phase 2 Banners will feature Raiden Shogun and Yoimiya alongside their signature weapons.
Phase I will run from December 20 to January 10
Phase II will run from January 10 to January 30
