Kazuha is a 5-star Anemo sword user and one of the best support units in the game. This is a highly anticipated rerun because his last banner was 8 months ago.
The weapon banner will 5-star catalyst Tome of the Eternal Flow and the 5-star sword Freedom-Sworn. Both are the signature weapons of rate-up 5-star characters.
