Genshin Impact Sethos Character Leaks & More

Genshin Impact recently teased a new character Sethos, a Sumeru native in 4.6 livestream and it has got everyone talking. He’s rumored to be a added as a playable character in the future updates of the game but for now he will appear in the game as an NPC from Sumeru. Here’s everything we know about Sethos.

Sethos Voice Actor & Story

Genshin Impact also announced the character’s voice actors, his English VA is Zeno Robinson and Japanese VA is Chiba Shoya. It is confirmed that Sethos will appear in Act II of Cyno’s Story Quest: Lupus Aureus Chapter which will release in Genshin Impact 4.6 update.

Genshin Impact Sethos Release Date?

Prominent leakers of Genshin Impact community suggest Sethos will be released as a 4-star unit in 4.7 patch. The patch is expected to add three new characters to the game roster, this includes Sethos, Clorinde and Sigewinne, with the later two being 5 star units. With the past trends in mind we can speculate 4.7 featuring Sethos may drop early June.

While the Sethos’ release date in still not confirmed by HoYoverse, we can speculate that version 4.7 will go live on June 5, 2024 and its second half on June 26, 2024.

Sethos Element?

From what we saw in the trailer as well as the in-development model for Sethos, he appears to be an electro character. What type of weapon he wields is still unconfirmed.
